All clothing pieces will be shipped out within 3-5 business days from order placement date.

Items are shipped to address provided. Please make sure your

address is correct- We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses or unclaimed/lost mail.

HAWAII ORDERS: All Hawaii orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and takes 2-3 business days for delivery. (not including processing time)

U.S ORDERS: All USA orders ship via USPS Flat Rate First Class Mail and takes 3-7 business days for delivery. (not including processing time)

-RETURN POLICY-

Hanu Hawaii offers store credit only. 

 *We do not offer any returns on Hats, intimates or pre-made Swimwear*

As a small business, we have found our niche in curating small collections, with low quantities. In order for us to continue to roll out new collections, we don’t offer exchanges because in most cases we may not have your size left in stock so we offer Store credit!

Unworn and unwashed items can be returned for store credit within 10 days of the date of delivery.  Sale items are final sale and are non-returnable.

We cannot process any returns via social media.

A USPS return label can be provided upon request but a $7 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. You are welcome to use your own shipping to return your item and no deduction will be made.

Once we receive your return, your store credit will be issued via E-gift card within 2-3 business days.
